How do I cancel my subscription?

For Stripe users:
Go to your account settings, click on “Manage Subscription,” and select “Cancel Subscription.” You’ll be redirected to Stripe's account management portal, where you can cancel your subscription in a few simple steps.

For PayPal users:
In our early stage, we used PayPal for subscriptions, but since self-cancellation isn’t a feature PayPal supports, we migrated to Stripe for better convenience. If your subscription is through PayPal, we can cancel it on your behalf.

To process your cancellation, please provide:

  1. Your email address

  2. Your name

  3. The PayPal transaction number (available in the email confirmation from PayPal, as their system uses this field to locate subscriptions).
