Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your subscription. We’re happy to assist you with canceling it.

If your subscription is through Stripe:
You can cancel it directly via your account settings:

Log in to your Appshots account.
Go to Account Settings and click on Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription, and you’ll be redirected to Stripe’s portal to complete the cancellation process.

If your subscription is through PayPal:
Since PayPal does not support self-cancellation, we’ll process the cancellation for you. To proceed, kindly provide us with the following details:

Your email address
Your name
The PayPal transaction number (found in the email confirmation from PayPal).

Once we have these details, we’ll cancel your subscription within 2-3 business days. Any charges incurred after your initial cancellation request will be refunded.
